The salesman Mike Buhler was very nice to work with. Took time to explain things to me and didn't rush me. I took the Tahoe for a test drive and upon returning, completed the deal. Traded in a Chev truck, also with no hassles. If we ever in need of another vehicle, will not think twice in returning ...and seeing Mike. Been couple of weeks now, and loving it more every day. Still haven't pushed all the button though. Sun roof will have to wait till spring, but love the extra light that comes in by it. Show more

Best handshake in the business! Mike was spot on with my needs, direction and apprehensions. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism through out the entire transaction. Incredible service! Marty was very helpful?with everything and never pushy as most salesmen are at other dealerships. Nik went above and beyond everything to get financing through and at an amazing rate. Definately recommend Lenz truck to anyone and I will be back for all my future truck purchases!

Pleasure dealing with Dylan Schneider on my first truck buying experience. Able to cut to the chase through a brief face-to-face meeting, follow-up calls, emails, texts. Straight forward approach - no getting bounced around from salesperson, to sales manager, to finance manager, with changing prices..., as experienced with other big dealerships. Dylan and staff create a very enjoyable buying experience. Will definitely look to Lenz first in the future. Show more

Best dealership I have ever worked with. Drove 4 hours and was in and out within 45 minutes. Charlotte was easy to deal with and had everything ready we arrived at the dealership. Never felt pressured to buy vehicle or any other products from them. They even got me a lower interest rate on finan...cing then I was able to get with my local bank. I will buy all my trucks from Lenz from now on! Show more

I am very impressed with Lenz Auto! First dealer to keep the promise that the truck I was looking at online, would still be there when I arrived. I drove 156 miles to get there and as I pulled into their lot I was amazed at the amount of trucks they had. They had every make, model, color and package... at very reasonable prices. Which put me at ease, for I thought, if I do not like the truck I came to look at, I had plenty of others to choose from. Vince was my salesman and he did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the truck before making a purchase. I fell in love with the truck online and was still in love with it after driving it! I left with the truck I wanted! The whole process and team work there at Lenz was excellent!
