After a very negative visit to another dealership, we stopped by Lenz in Fon Du Lac. Mike Buhler was the first to greet us and promptly found out who would be working with us. We were lucky enough to have Mike helping us. Mike was honest, upfront and genuinely a nice guy. From start to finish........90 minutes and we were leaving the dealership with our new vehicle! We found a truck on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership late in the evening. Received a response from Michael Buhler right away. He checked on the truck the next morning and it was still there. He explained what was needed to hold the truck as we lived 6 hours away. We showed up a few days lat...er within 2 hours we were out the door. Small town, down home, just good people. Will be back when the need arises great people, low pressure, very accommodating. Brian Lenz, president, introduced himself to us and made sure all our needs were being taken care of. Ryan Knueppel made the whole truck shopping experience wonderful. I never even had to set a foot outside the building once I arrived. I had informed him ahead of time which truck from their inventory I would like to drive. When I arrived it was in the heated garage ready for my inspection with the k...eys in it ready to drive. I informed Ryan I had another truck from the website I would like to drive also. By the time I got back to the garage on my first test drive. The other truck was waiting for me to look at and drive. Also when you come back from a test drive the garage doors open automaticly and you pull right in to the heated garage. The sale and financing took about 20 min. I got a loan from my local bank (Landmark CU) on site right through Lenz even though I live in Oconomowoc. Dan Reilly in finance was great! By far the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience of my life. If you didn't know already Lenz deals in quantity of sales. The asking price is the price you pay, no haggling. And if you do your research you will know the vehicle prices are unmatched. They will also match any price within 500 miles if you happen to find a lower one. I doubt this happens much. My experience started on the Lens website. My Lenz had spent a ton of money on this website. Next step was to go to the dealership. Again, they are very nice. But my experience was capped by a salesman by the name of Brandon Schneider. He was pleasant, friendly, had a good working knowledge of the t...ruck I wanted, had a great sense of humor, and sped me they the buying process with no pressure. I contacted Lenz, via the Live Chat, and the process was easy. They set the truck aside for us as we could not come down until later in the day. This was awesome because we did not want to make the 80 mile drive to find out the truck we wanted was already sold. We don't want to be hassled when w...e are looking for a car and we did not get one ounce of pressure to buy a vehicle which was way above what we wanted to spend. The truck, so far, is great! It is very clean and you would swear it is a brand new truck! We also found the price to be fair and it was wonderful not having to go back in forth with the sales pitch of, "oh, this is all I can offer. Then salesperson gets up and leaves and comes back with another price." Easy, easy, in and out within an hour. Thanks SAM PARENT for making this fun and not stressful!
