Bill Braatz was great to work with as was Sam Pegram. Bill had the vehicles we were interested in ready for us upon arrival. He did not pressure us to purchase and was fair and honest in trading in our vehicle. They are family friendly and had a place for the kids to play while making the truck p...urchase. The vehicles were exactly as they looked in the online pictures and were well maintained. We are loving our Dodge Durango purchase and would definitely consider buying from Lentz in the future. We found a car on their website over a weekend. The following Monday we went to look at it and test drive. We were delighted with the car. Ryan Knueppel was great. Greeted us, put a dealer plate on the car, no questions ask. He told us to take it for a test drive and then come back. We then met wit...h Nick on the financing. With a bad credit score, Nick went to work and found us financing. Although we did not use the financing Nick found, it was refreshing to know that he took the time to find it for us. Next day went to purchase our new used car. The experience we great! NO PRESSURE!! I have heard great comments about Lenz and their staff in the past, but my personal experience confirms it. My future vehic.les will be bought at Lenz Truck. If anyone is looking, Lenz Truck Center is where I will refer them. Show more

Mike was very helpful in selecting a truck that was right for me. He let me drive and check out the truck as long as I wanted too. Went in to test drive a vehicle, was an easy process. The sales person was able to answer any questions we had. Grabbed a bite to eat for lunch to discuss the vehicle and decided we would go ahead and purchase the vehicle. There was a couple minor issues with the vehicle that were immediately taken ...care with no questions asked and when we picked up the SUV a couple days later it was perfect. I had the financing lined up ahead of time, so when we arrived at the dealership after lunch to sign the sales contract, it only took about 15 minutes and we were out the door. We went back a few days later to pick up the vehicle which took about another 15 minutes and we were out the door. Overall, a quick buying process with no high pressure sales pitch, which I did get at several other local dealerships. Also, this dealership had 17 of the types of SUV's that I was looking for which was much more than any in the area. Definitely check out Lenz if you are looking for a Truck or SUV. Show more

From emails to in-person and purchase, Mike was great and he brings integrity back to the car dealer game. Words can't describe the experience I had with Lenz right before Christmas. Their experience, knowledge, and overall customer service is second to NONE! From Michigan, I chose a truck from their inventory and arranged to have a 4" lift kit installed with new tires, stepbars, etc. Dan Bergin was top ...notch in helping me get what I needed for the truck install. Hats off to Dave Reilly and Brian Lenz in their time and effort on making this a smooth and unforgettable experience, as well! From my initial phone call from Michigan to Wisconsin, within 7 days or less, Lenz had my paperwork completed, and the truck lift installed, ready to go, and was delivered to my door on Christmas day! Me and my husband have looked for the last two years for a truck. My husband was very specific on what he wanted. I came across the truck on line and called and talked to Steve right away. They were closing because it was 7:00 p.m. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. They literally just... got it in and didn't even have a picture on the web yet, just a stock picture. Well anyway, he was very kind along with his staff. We will for sure be in contact with Lenz in the future. Ok one last thing, my son left a pair of sunglasses in the truck we traded in that he bought for his birthday with his own money. I called Steve and the truck was already going to a different location. Steve got ahold of the guy who was delivering the truck and asked him to check the truck for glasses and he brought them back to Lenz and Steve sent them to us in the mail. My son was very happy!!!!!
