Purchased my fourth truck from Lenz and as with my previous purchases, great process and good people! From the trade-in process to the final sale, smooth process. Paul was great and deserves five stars, even after a setback where someone purchased the vehicle I initially intend to purchase and agre...ed to pay $200 to have it delivered. Well, stuff happens and Paul and the staff worked diligently to help me find something I’d like. I also appreciate the unplanned conversation I had with mechanic before my test drive. Justin and the the rest of the Lenz truck center staff made it super easy to work with them. I had a truck in mind and Justin was able to answer any question I had without being pushy to buy it. The buying of the truck went very smoothly and it didn’t take long, as they had all the paper work read...y to go in a timely fashion. That is not true in your video. I had all kinds of recalls when I brought my truck. I had a lot of running around to do to get it up to par. Don’t know why.

I found a 2016 f250 crew on the website. Paul parent was in contact with me about the truck. In a timely manner. Paul was great to work with and had the truck inside for me to look it over. I live almost 4 hours away. I would give the 5 Star. But was not really impressed with Dave in finance. Someti...mes it's how it's presented to you that counts. Show more

Huge selection of trucks! I worked with Paul Parent and it was great! The truck had a couple of issues, but Brian in the service department went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of and that I was happy. Great experience!

Paul was great to work with. It was quick transaction and the truck was exactly like stated. I made a 7 hour trip one way to get this truck and had to turn around to drive back same day due to weather. They had me in and out in no time. Would do business here again.

Overall it was pleasant experience buying the truck there. Took a couple hours to find the right truck at a good price and then drive it home. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will do business there again in the future
