Mike was able to squeeze me in to an already busy schedule for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great. I Asked for an electrical diagnostic, and he promised a best effort to get some answers for me. He was able to do some diagnostics and he gave me a very detailed explanation of steps to... get my issue resolved. Very pleased! Show more

Mike went above and beyond the call of duty. He has a great welcoming personality and makes you feel likes he's been a life long friend before you even step foot in a vehicle. His communication to emails, phone calls, and texts were timely and appreciated. Mike kept in touch with us as we were ma...king our decision without being pushy. Brad was upfront on pricing, very willing to understand my concerns (price, features, miles etc), provided many options and gave plenty of time to make a decision, no hi pressure sales. Their facility is top notch, they bring vehicles to you in their very large heated viewing garage. The truck I had... originally wanted to look at sold the night before, no issue, so many to choose from I ended up with one that I feel was better than the original I was looking at. Lenz knows how to make car shopping easy! We were very impressed with their customer service from start to finish. They responded to our online inquiry with minutes, they had the vehicle inside and ready to go when we arrived for our test drive, they stayed past their normal business hours to acco...mmodate our long commute and and answer all our questions, and we were in and out with our new Suburban in less than 30 minutes. Lenz has a lot of trucks! What I really liked was the thorough videos on the website. I was able to compare all the trucks I was interested in and decide which one fit my criteria best. The first time I contacted Richard he answered all my questions. I set up an appointment for a test drive and w...hen I had to cancel Richard simple said, ???call me when you???re ready???. No pressure. When we finally did make the hour drive up to Lenz we had an easy test drive and buying process. If you can???t find what you???re looking for at Lenz it???s not out there. Show more

Good morning Zach! Let me first say, I LOVE MY MINI! The car is everything I thought it would be and more! In fact, when my husband got home with it, I kept finding excuses to drive it. Or I would just sit in it and play with all the gadgets. You have been very professional and helpful from the beg...inning! You answered our questions, took pictures and worked with us to come up with a deal that we were all comfortable with. My husband said that the whole process of flying in, to buying the car was seamless. Jerry was there to pick him up from the airport and provided great transportation and conversation.
