Set up appointment and Mike Buhler was ready for me when I got there. Looked at the 2013 Tahoe and took it for a test drive. Mike explain several items of interest to me and made me feel at ease with any questions I had. He took the time and didn't rush me at all. Traded in a truck and drove home... with the 2013 Tahoe that afternoon. Everyone was friendly and professional. Yes I would recommend this dealership to my friends. Called back to the dealer couple of days later with a question and they were again friendly and very helpful on what to do. Thank you all. Joyce Show more

This was my first experience buying a vehicle on line. Totally unaware of what to expect, Sam lead me through the entire process. He was courteous and very professional. Afterward, I purchased a plane ticket from Dallas to Fond du Lac. For a modest fee they met me at the airport and drove my wif...e and me to the dealership. Although the drive was nearly 75 miles away the time passed very quickly as the driver and I chatted about everything from Army days to the beautiful fall landscape of Wisconsin. At the dealership we received a warm friendly greeting by Sam (who kept insisting he carry our luggage around for us). All the workers we met were just as kind and considerate. The offices were clean and well kept. Sam explained various options on our new Jeep, extra packages available, and allowed us to take a test spin. When we returned he introduced us to the finance officer, who went over extended warranty plans, insurances available, and payment information. From the time we arrived until leaving it took just under two hours, including application of the requested Auto-Armor. As we drove out off we could not help but notice the pristine condition of hundreds of used vehicles on their lot. Once you are there you will totally understand why we would rate this as an A1 operation. Our overall experience was refreshing and pleasant. Given the opportunity to do business again, there is no doubt Lenz would be that of our first choice. Show more

Had a great experience selling my SUV. I went to the Lenz Auto website, submitted a form and a few pictures via Kelley Blue Book, and within a few minutes was contacted from Zach at Lenz with a few questions and shortly after that I accepted an offer. The whole process was quick and easy, and on t...op of it they arranged to pick-up my truck at my house. Zach followed up multiple time afterwards to make sure paperwork was in file, to confirm pick-up time, and also followed up after the pickup to make sure everything went well. Let me start with saying that use to hate the whole purchasing process of a vehicle, dealing with pushy sales people and always wondering if your getting screwed. To avoid this I use the internet, widen my search area and am willing to travel to get what I want even though I live just north of the M...otor City. I located Lenz Truck Center while doing my research to purchase a F250, I looked at a lot of trucks all across the country and kept coming back to the ones I had tagged from them. Not only was the selection the best but I put a lot of weight on the online reviews of the dealers. Lenz had the best reviews of all of them and it was even hard to find a negative one, come to think of it I don't think I found a single one. I decided to give them a call and get some of my questions answered and it got even better. Mike Buhler answered all my questions even sent me a few more pictures of the truck I was most interested in. Mike was never pushy and let me move at my own pace. After making my decision to purchase the truck we closed the deal and he set me up with Dave Reilly in finance who got me great rate for my loan. The deal could not have gone smoother! I notice a couple small things not working properly on my drive back to Michigan and gave Mike a call, he put me in touch with Dave Bergin in service who set me up at a local dealership back home, who fixed both problems and it didn't cost me a dime! What a great dealer, it's so refreshing to deal with such a great upstanding dealership, they are everything that a truck dealer should be and more! They have changed my thoughts on the whole vehicle purchasing process and when it's time to purchase again I will be back. Show more

Great experience with Skip Parent and his associates at Lenz Truck Center. I found the truck I wanted online, worked through the details and trade-in of my SUV with Skip, then traveled almost 900 miles to finalize the deal. Skip was good for his word on everything and he was quick to work through ev...ery issue and question I had. The Lenz team provided excellent service and support. We found the vehicle we were interested in through an internet search at Lenz. I chatted with Zach about the vehicle. He answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently. We had a couple other dealers we looked at, but Lenz and Zach were by far the superior dealer with the fairest price. When ...we went to Lenz to inspect and test drive the vehicle, they were all friendly, a very pleasant experience. Sam was also pleasant to deal with. Our bottom line is that they are definitely worth checking into if you're looking for a fair price and friendly service. At this point we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Show more
