Just a hats off to Mike Buhler and the folks at Lenz Auto. I found a truck I liked online at Lenz and initiated contact with Mike Buhler at the end of November. I chose Mike based on his positive reviews. I had several things going on at the time, but Mike called a couple of weeks later asking if I... was still interested and asked if there was anything he could do. I live in TX, and I had questions about the underbody and other areas of the truck that I couldn't see in the the stock photos. Mike e-mailed photos of the areas I was interested in (which included getting under the truck) and was very responsive to my questions. Upon arrival, the truck looked better than I expected (it looks brand new inside and out, but is a 2011 model), and was ready for a drive as soon as we arrived. The truck drives as good as it looks and my wife and I put 1,500 plus miles on it driving it home. I'll add that we had a minor miscommunication during the communication process, but Mike made it right as soon as I mentioned it. Overall, Lenz seems to have a wide selection of high quality vehicles at very good prices (they don't negotiate much, if any, BTW, but their prices are better than fair), and the purchase process was also quick and easy, also without the usual add-ons/warranties/service plan pitches that some other dealers make you endure. Mike was quick to answer any questions and requests, but never pushy, and also worked with my out of state banker to overcome the hurdles that come with an out of state purchase. I would recommend both Mike Buhler and Lenz when considering a truck purchase. Show more

We contacted Lenz about two used vehicles and were lucky enough to work directly with one of the owners. We didn’t like either vehicle we test drove and when we talked about which model we were leaning towards he found one in MI and got it to his dealership within 10 days. We had a couple issues... however they were resolved fairly easily. We would definitely recommend Lenz to family and friends and will work with them again for our car buying needs. Show more

Bought a 2010 Ram 3500 from Lenz Truck & Auto The salesperson we delt with was Steve Svendsen He was super accommodating and made the process easy for us since we were over 900 miles away . He worked with our bank to make sure every aspect of purchase hassle free . They even sent a driver out with t...ruck and dropped it off AT OUR FRONT DOOR (Rural Ranch ) with a full tank of gas . Just purchased my second truck from Lenz in eight years. Prices are right in line with what you are purchasing. The whole process took less than an hour. I found what I liked online, emailed sales person about a test drive, Skip had it up front with keys waiting in it for us. While we drove around ...they went over my trade (which is the first truck i purchased from here). Skip gave me $500 more that what he quoted me online, which was $1500 more than the Ford dealer. The sales staff are phenomenal here. No pressure at all. The Ford dealer wouldn't stop calling or texting me. Skip and Brandon wore a mask when dealing with us which I had requested. We also did the paper signing outside per my request and they happily did so, after all it was 70 out. Lenz once again exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealer. Show more
