This process felt seamless and easy.Everyone we came in contact with at this location was great. We called ahead of time to reserve the vehicle for a test drive, we had no issues and decided to purchase. My 11 year old daughter stayed in the lobby and Joshua kindly changed the channel to a kid frien...dly show for her without anyone asking as paperwork takes a while. I thought this was so nice, and I know it made this wait a lot easier on my daughter as we also had an hour drive back home. We loved the warranty offered with purchase of the vehicle and feel we're in good hands. Show more
