Finding a great truck was easy. From being able to test drive and figure out what one was best suited for myself. Mike let me do my own thinking and made sure there was no error in the process of purchasing the truck. Having him by my side purchasing my first truck was very nice. Mike is a personabl...e guy with a lot of knowledge in the industry. Without a doubt felt normal to be able to talk and cooperate while purchasing a vehicle. Everyone that I met at Lenz was very friendly. They were very accommodating. They had a great selection of vehicles and were very patient when we weren't sure what make/model we wanted. We dealt with Tony and he was awesome.

I never really write these but, felt it was prudent to do so for the excellence service I received from Skip and his Team. I was leery of dealing with a dealer so far away, but they met or exceeded every expectation I had. Skip was very professional, friendly and made the whole Truck buying proces...s easy. I made a mistake on my end and the Lenz Truck Center went out of their way to correct it and make sure I was a happy customer, even knowing I was 4 hours away, Next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, I know where I will be looking. We would highly recommend this dealership and it was worth the 2 hr drive from IL. Our no pressure salesman Steve S. was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The truck we purchased we saw online, gave some basic information on their website about the vehicle we wanted to trade, and had an idea before... we went what they would offer. Shortly after that Steve called us to see what we were looking for and if we had any questions about the vehicle we wanted. After telling him we were only looking and might drive up in a few days, he said great and call if we had other questions. When we arrived at Lenz 3 days later we walked into a very friendly environment with fast, friendly service. They have sold trucks in all 50 states, Canada, and in Mexico. We will buy from them again...price, service, quality can't be beat. Show more

I entered into the buying process by first looking over the web site and chatting with a sales associate. I took the 2 hour drive to Lenz interested but not intent on buying a new vehicle. I arrived and took a driving tour of the vehicles they had on the lot and at no time was I being hounded by a ...salesman. I stopped and went in to find Sam Pegram waiting inside. He asked me if he could be of assistance and the process continued. He brought up the information on the 2013 F-150 I was interested in, showed me the Car Fax report, talked with me about my trade in and than asked if I wanted to take the truck for a drive and he would take my truck to have it looked over. I was left alone to drive the truck and take a good look at it without anyone looking over my shoulder. I really appreciated that. When I returned he had a price for my truck and I was able to get the price difference that I was comfortable in and yes, I bought a truck! With in an hour they had me in my new truck with all the paperwork done and ready to go. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and the part I dislike the most is when I have to sit down with the finance manager as they always try to get you into the extra's. I worked with Dave Reilly and he did make the offers but he also respected my choice to not buy them and we moved on. I was very impressed! I had to call back a couple days later to find a code to program some things on the truck and I connected with Dan Bergin, He was great to answer my questions right away and make sure it all worked and I was happy. I would certainly go back to Lenz Auto for another vehicle and I would recommend them (and have ) to anyone looking for a different vehicle. Sincerely Jim Myers Show more

I called at 10AM for information about financing and by noon Dave had everything in place. We drove down to Lenz and arrived about 2PM _ Dave handled everything for us and explained all paperwork and financing very clearly. We were home with our new used truck by 5PM. Excellant service!

Sam was super nice and great to work with. He was proactive in contacting us before we drove the 177 miles to Fond du Lac, and greeted us when we walked in. He was 100% NO PRESSURE! We picked out 9 vehicles we liked before we even drove there and he was prepared to show us all of them. He didn't bot...her us when we looked around and let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted. We ended up buying the very first one we saw online weeks ago and it was one of the lowest priced of the bunch. Again, he didn't try to pressure us into buying something more expensive nor did he try to "upsell" us with warranties, protection packages, etc. I will DEFINITELY buy from Lenz again and would work with Sam. I've already recommended them to friends and relatives. Show more
