There were a ton of Ford F-150s to choose from - with all the features we were looking for. We missed the opportunity to test drive on a Saturday, but easily scheduled an appointment online for a night during the week. Ryan was extremely helpful, without being pushy. This is the second auto that I got from this Dealer. Both times I worked with the same person and it was a great experience. There was no pressure but yet I felt like they wanted me there and they valued me as a customer. I went to a different dealer and I was passed off by two people and when I ...told the other dealer that there was a problem with the truck they seemed to not care. Lenz addressed a couple concerns that I had with the truck I was looking at and even took it back to the shop to go over my concerns and the mechanic went over the results with me. It made me confident in buying from them. I know for a fact that I will be going back for another truck from them, but it will be 5 years or so because I am so happy with the truck I got. They also offered a fair value for the truck I was trading in. Last but not least they made the financing a breeze and I got the intrest rate I was expecting for my credit rating. I bought a used Ford F150 Raptor truck from Lenz Truck Center. The advantage is that they have good trucks and good prices. Unfortunately they absolutely do not give any discounts even on expensive trucks. Customer service would work better, often they didn’t answer to emails and sometimes it was ...hard to reach the salesman, when they already got payment for the truck. On the whole everything is fine with Lenz Truck center but not excellent. Show more
