Great selection of unique trucks not available elsewhere. I traveled 5 hours to purchase the truck and it was ready the morning I arrived. Paperwork and administrative activities were painless. The only complaint was I wish they would have filled up the tank prior to me taking possession. Overal...l though, good experience. Show more

From presale to the trade-in to the sale, Zach was enthusiastic, supportive and very professional. At no point of the entire transaction did Zach fail to make both my wife and I feel like we were the important people there. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to get us into the vehicle we... wanted to buy, staying and working after close of business. The entire Lenz team gave up time with their families so we could leave with our vehicle the same day. In and out in under 2 hrs with my "new" truck. Zach even attached the new plates for us. Well worth the drive from Appleton to Fond du Lac. I know where I will be buying my next truck. Show more

Being a busy small business owner who has to travel I needed a dealer that wouldn't jerk me around in the dealership for 5 hours, I found the truck i had a friend suggest lenz, So I contacted Steve, we had a few Email s I told him I was busy traveling and I wanted to get the financing pre approved, ...and we did, we went to look at a few of the the vehicles, like the one in and out in like 90 min with a test drive. I worked with Richard and he was terrific. I made an appointmentat for a test drive and when I got there the truck was ready. After the test drive, when I told him I wanted to think about it I never got any sort of hard sell. We finalized the price over the phone and I picked up the truck a few d...ays later. I spent less than an hour at the dealership total. It was a totally painless process, which you can't say about most car purchases. Great customer service, good prices and a huge selection. My wife and I made the drive from Milwaukee to Lenz to test drive and look at a couple of Jeep Grand Cherokees. After meeting with Marty we tried two of them out. There wasn't any pressure and we decided to purchase one. The vehicle was in excellent shape, low miles and after he saw my trade, I rece...ived what I wanted for it. I was willing to spend a little more for the low miles compared to the one in Milwaukee. I would recommend them to anybody. Show more
