I'm pleased with the truck that I purchased, and the sale process was easy and not at all pushy. I had some follow up items, but Justin was helpful in getting them resolved.

Did not expect to trade, went to look, and review trucks but ended up trading the same day. Friendly people made this an easy buying experience. Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a truck.

I found a 2016 f250 crew on the website. Paul parent was in contact with me about the truck. In a timely manner. Paul was great to work with and had the truck inside for me to look it over. We were a little leary making this huge purchase strictly online. The personnel at Lenz Auto were professional and extremely helpful in helping us know all we needed to know to be comfortable with our purchase of the 2010 Chevy Suburban LT. The truck is exactly as described by the sales staff in th...e online literature as well as the videos of the interior, exterior and undercarriage. The car has been extremely well cared for, and the folks at Lenz even changed the oil in it before shipping it the 500 miles to us. Because of the specific needs we had for an SUV (tow package, sun roof, remote engine start), it was important that we be able to extend our search to a wide radius. I like the way business is run at Lenz. Never being there before it is not what I what I expected. Bradley asked what trucks I was interested in, got me the keys and I went on my way to check them out and no one following me around was great. 1- 1/2 hours later I got back with Bradley and left in a ...truck from Lenz. Marty was great and answered all my questions, everyone there seemed very laid back, no high pressure, I liked that. Great selection of vehicles, low miles, good condition, and good prices, I checked around for months. Would recommend to check them out.

Dave Reilly was awesome! He was informative and helpful. I called at 10AM and was approved by noon. We got to dealership by 2 PM and were home by 5PM. This was the least stressful purchase of a vehicle we have ever had.
