Richard Reed was great to work with. I had a buddy of mine with and he was very respectful to both of us. The finance guy was good to work with. Everything went pretty quick which was great. Before I left the dealership with my new truck I wanted to get the Bluetooth working. Richard and a serv...ice guy came out and made sure I was all set before leaving... good service. The next day I contacted Richard and informed him that I left one of my favorite music CDs in my old truck's player. I was really hoping to get it back. I got the CD in the mail a few days later. It's the little things that can make a big difference. Great customer service. I have recommended Lenz to others, and will continue. Show more

I wanted to take a minute to tell you that Mr. Dave Reilly is one of the best guys I've ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. This was my second purchase from Lenz and I dealt with Dave both times directly. He went out of his way both times to come in after hours to make the deal work for me an...d to sign the paperwork and transition out of the old vehicle and into the new one. I had found a the harley davidson truck I have been looking for on a Sunday I emailed Paul on this vehicle and within minutes I had received a email assuring me the vehicle was still available. We purchased a 2011 F-150, crew cab. It was a very seamless process and we were very happy. Car shopping is always stressful, but Lenz made our experience great. We were given what we needed for trade in, and a great price on our truck. As a bonus, we requested to have remote start installed at th...e last minute and the service center was able to pull through and have it done before we picked up the truck! I purchased a slightly used 2104 Raptor truck sight unseen. I was very happy with everyone and the entire process. I felt comfortable with the purchase because all the reviews I had read. I have been to many "dealerships" and you never walk out feeling like you got a good "deal", Not at Lenz and not with Mike. He answered so many questions either by phone or e-mail with complete honesty. I drove over two hours to get there and I will gladly do it again.
