I tried 6 different vehicles before I settled on the Avalanche. The price was higher than I anticipated and they don't deal. What you see is what you pay. I am happy with the vehicle. We actually had planned on purchasing 2 vehicles that day but the other one we had wanted to test drive wouldn't sta...rt. In fact all 3 wouldn't start. Not the salesmans fault. Richard tried many trucks until he was able to find the one that I wanted. I was very specific as to what I was looking for and Richard was persistent and determined to find the right one. One thing that I would have liked, however, was to have been told about the possible illegal tint on the wind...ows and the back window defrost not working before I came up to sign the papers. (Phone call?) Also, I would have liked to have been updated more frequently on the search for the title. Show more

Came to Fond du Lac with no intention of buying a vehicle. 6 hours later and after driving numerous trucks, I drove home with a new truck! I haven't purchased a vehicle since 1998 (yes, 1998) and I was completely surprised at how easy this was. Steve was a phenomenal sales man. No pressure, just let... us do our thing. And Dave the money man was completely professional. When I had actually narrowed my choice down I asked Steve if it was possible to take the vehicle right now and he said, "give me 20 minutes and it's yours!" This is the way to do business. If you're looking for a large selection of vehicles and a group of people willing to make this easy and pleasant, come to Lenz truck! I'm actually coming back for a SECOND vehicle! Show more

The internet is a great way to shop for trucks. I searched for about a month for a very specific Silverado and Lenz had the best deal advertisied. I made the call and Jake Roberts made the buying process simple and easy. He gave me an accuarate and honest description of the truck, found the best pri...ce to ship it to Alabama and the deal was done. He scanned and sent purchase documents for review and then overnighted the paperwork with return envelope. Great communication and follow up all the way to the truck sitting at my font door. I never give reviews, but was so impressed by Lenz that I feel compelled. So I searched for a work van for about 6 months, visited many dealers, even went to chicago. lenz Truck was so nice to work with, No pressure ,friendly ,factual ,and fast.My salesman was Marty, he didnt hound me like all the r...est, was very honest about the price. Marty also gave me his cell number and answered every time i called with questions, even picking up at home. I researched the vehicle wanted, and then shopped .Marty did not have to run to supervisors on every offer that I made, but was able to give me a price that was lower for a better equipped van. I plan to visit them for any service on my cars, there shop is incredibly clean.Thanks again Scott. . Show more

I was looking for a Silver Raptor 2014 or 2013. I found a 2013 on the Lenz website. I was able to get a very realistic sense of the quality and condition of the truck through the video that Lenz posted. Shortly after requesting more info I received a call from Mike Buhler. Since I live in New Jersey... and was not going to be able to make it out to Fun Du Lac. I had to put a lot of trust in Lenz and Mike Buhler. Mike was a real pleasure to deal with and made the transaction very easy and efficient. The truck is as beautiful as it appeared in the Lenz video. It drives fantastic and I would recommend Mike and Lenz to anyone looking for that special truck. Show more

This was one of the best car buying experiences ever. I live 2 hours from the dealership and all negotions were done via email. I used a 3rd party finance company which added a little more complexity to the deal, so I thought. But Steve, Lenz, worked directly with them and responded immediately to a...ll the emails, and there were alot of emails. I can't speak highly enough about working with Steve on this deal. It was completely pain free. At the end I had to go in and sign only 3 documents and drove away in a new car in a matter of minutes. Loved it!!!! Show more
