Steve did a good job having the vehicles available for us to test drive and answering our questions. We bought a vehicle that day. When we got it home we realized the remote for the entertainment system wasn't working. I called Steve the next day and the parts department worked with me to order a ne...w one. Two day later it was delivered to our house. It's nice to work with people that follow through on what they say. Show more

Mike Buhler was one of the most honest and knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with. I'm glad it was him that replied to my email at 10pm at night as if it was the middle of the day. Lenz is lucky to have an employee like him.

Salesman was clear the price on the website was the bottom line. I hate negotiating on price. Made an appointment. They had the truck ready to go. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle. Being a busy small business owner who has to travel I needed a dealer that wouldn't jerk me around in the dealership for 5 hours, I found the truck i had a friend suggest lenz, So I contacted Steve, we had a few Email s I told him I was busy traveling and I wanted to get the financing pre approved, ...and we did, we went to look at a few of the the vehicles, like the one in and out in like 90 min with a test drive.
