Great experience Paul said he would have truck ready and waiting I pulled up there it was ready to go , paper work was fast and painless ,would recommend this dealership. Thank you Paul Parent for great experience.

Great truck buying experience. Steve Svensen's business was no pressure and to the point sales. From their website to showroom, and best prices in the Midwest. I traveled from Chicago because it was worth it. Good job Lenz.

I will start by saying that Sam and Steve took very good care of us. The truck that we were looking at was up front and ready for us to drive . They answered all of our questions and concerns. My husband and I were recently in the market for a used truck. We dread the shopping experience in general and were not looking forward to another long drawn out process. We were led to come to Fond du Lac to Lenz Trucks, mostly through the commercials. Our experience with Skip and the staff was jus...t tremendous. Everyone was kind and helpful. The whole process of searching, test driving, and buying only took 2 hours, which is considerably less time than other businesses. Skip took the time to find out what our needs were and then brought a few trucks to us to test drive. We found exactly what we wanted. He let us know that the sticker price is what it is and there is no negotiation of the price. We had already been searching online and knew that the prices were within the area norm. We had a 3 day bumper to bumper coverage and found 3 small things on the truck that needed to be repaired. They had us bring the truck in the next day and fixed everything with a smile. We were treated like family and really appreciated the overall experience and look forward to continuing our relationship. I found the truck that I was looking for at this dealership. I contacted them online and received a reply immediately from Marty. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to check out the truck, and purchased it. Marty and Brad made the purchase easy because of their professionalism.

Bran Lenz is a wonderful person and a real humanitarian. My Sister was walking, she fell on an uneven sidewalk. Brad was driving by, his daughter saw her fall, told her Dad, he turned and saw that she was still lying on the sidewalk. He turned around and went back to help her. He got her up off the ...sidewalk and gave her a ride home, he also offered to take her to the hospital. My family and I would like to thank Brad for helping her. She broke her wrist in 2 places and had to have surgery to put pins in to set the bones. She didn't have a cell phone to call for help so his stopping to help her was a real God send Thank you so much Brad. Show more
