I am very pleased with my purchase and buying experience at Lenz Truck Center. I had been looking for 4 weeks for exactly what I wanted. The pricing was very competitive The only down side is the short test drive we took. Since we were not from the area, we did not stray too far from the lot. We jus...t went around the block as instructed by the personnel. After purchasing the vehicle On the way home we realized the after-market exhaust was quite loud when climbing a gradual grade. We may have thought about it a little more had we known. Show more

2 1/2 years ago purchased a 2010 Ford F150 from Lenz. I had such a great experience working with Steve that I recently went back to Steve for a 2012 F150. I arrived at the store at 1:00 pm and was on the road heading for home by 4:00. He made it simple process. I will definitely go back to Steve at ...Lenz for my next truck. We had a great experience at Lenz. There was a small problem with the gas tank sensor that was not brought to our attention when we bought the vehicle. It is not a major issue, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. Other than that, it was a great experience shopping with Lenz.

Best expeirience I've ever had at any dealer, hands down the best. I live over an hour away and was not able to get there until a half hour to close, they had the truck waiting for to test drive, stayed open an hour later for me and closed the deal! I was in and out in a hour and a half, and that in...cluded taking my prior truck in as trade not to mention with giving me the best trade in value I've been offered. They worked out numbers that worked for me and I've never been happier with a purchase. I've already sent two friends there that are looking to purchase a truck. I still can't believe how fast it all happened. I will definitely return for my next purchase. Thanks to all the lenz group! Oh! And thank you for sending me on my way with the gas cards! My experience with Lenz truck was great. Found the truck we wanted out of there huge selection, took it for a test drive and bought it. I dealt with Sam and he was very good. He answered all my questions and he was not high pressure at all. He let the truck sell itself. The facility was new and each... sales person had there own enclosed office instead of a cubicle which was very nice. The finance manager was very thorough and the whole process took maybe 45 minutes. If I were to buy another truck sometime in the future I would definitely go back and give Lenz truck my first shot at the sale. Show more

I will never spend more than 100 dollars online much less buy something like a vehicle online without test driving. That's what I use to say. A co-worker from Michigan told me to check out lenzauto.com online and look for a rare hard to find truck I wanted. So I did. I had the best car buying experi...ence ever in my life to date.
