My overall experience with Lenz was way better then any of the unknown amount of dealerships I drove past to get to Lenz truck Ryan knueppel was so far the best salesman I've ever done buisness with . He explained my trade in offer and purchase price of my truck Instead of doing the old number shuf...fle that seems to be a ordinary dealership only way to sell trucks or anything for that matter . I also appreciated the prompt communication and was never left on hold or jerked around waiting for answers . Show more

I was looking for a good used F-150, I recently went on a snowmobiling trip up north with my brothers and realized that the 01 F-150 didn't have enough room for us and our gear. So we crammed in the truck for the 5 hour ride. Right there I knew I needed a full four door cab. I looked all over the st...ate for a truck that had all the options that I wanted. I found two at Lenz Trucks that fit my needs. I called and talked to Sam, who had the truck ready and waiting for me when I arrived, Sam was very helpful with all the questions I wanted answered before I went for a test drive. Took the truck for a ride and I knew I wanted this truck, a quick talk with Dave Reilly and I was in my new truck on my way home! Thanks, Paul Flanagan Show more

This is my second purchase from Lenz and both times have been nothing but pleasant- very friendly ,nice people that actually treat me like I'm a person instead of just another sucker that we can get to buy their vehicle , both vehicles were/are exactly what I was hoping to get, thanks to Ryan knu...eppel and Dave Reilly for another great vehicle Show more

When my husband and I entered Lenz, we did not have any expectations. We had been to three other dealerships in our area, and test drove three trucks, but just did not get that "this is the one" feeling. Then I did some research on line and called Sam to inquire about a gently used Chevy. We knew it... was the type of truck we were looking for, but we would need to visit and take it for a drive. After the test drive we we knew, "it was the one", but it would still be contingent on the financing. Sam never pressured us or made it seem like he was just out to sell a truck. He was very personable and wanted to do his best to make sure this is what we wanted. That goes a long way in my book. After we decide to purchase, he introduced us to Nik, who worked his magic to get us to the payments we needed a month in order to take the truck home. I am so happy that we decided to go a little farther than our home town dealers, but Lenz did make us feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to take the drive, just the customer service alone is well worth it. The great deals are just a bonus.
