When my husband and I entered Lenz, we did not have any expectations. We had been to three other dealerships in our area, and test drove three trucks, but just did not get that "this is the one" feeling. Then I did some research on line and called Sam to inquire about a gently used Chevy. We knew it... was the type of truck we were looking for, but we would need to visit and take it for a drive. After the test drive we we knew, "it was the one", but it would still be contingent on the financing. Sam never pressured us or made it seem like he was just out to sell a truck. He was very personable and wanted to do his best to make sure this is what we wanted. That goes a long way in my book. After we decide to purchase, he introduced us to Nik, who worked his magic to get us to the payments we needed a month in order to take the truck home. I am so happy that we decided to go a little farther than our home town dealers, but Lenz did make us feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to take the drive, just the customer service alone is well worth it. The great deals are just a bonus. I had a great experience at LENZ! Buying out of state can me a risk, not with Lenz. Ample pictures, videos, and Sam Pegram customer service will bring me back there in the future. This will be my third vehicle purchase this year and by far the best. Thanks Lenz

Very professional and friendly staff. They gave me a very fair value on my trade in and the car I purchased was very well priced. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a truck.

I bought a F150 from Sam Pegram. He is a nice enough guy. He could have spent a little more time showing me the vehicle. He brought several vehicles up to the show room, gave me the key and told me to take it for a spin. He would not deal on price at all. He didn't show me how to use the remote star...t feature. He was all business and wanted to make a sale..........bottom line. There was only one key for the truck so I have to take it to a dealer to get another key. $200. I found the people in the dealership were very happy. The automatic emails are a little annoying. Show more

I had never heard of Lenz Auto until I started searching on the internet for a 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I was a little nervous purchasing from them as I had read some not-so-good reviews, and I was buying the vehicle from Florida sight unseen. I had it shipped to Florida and it arrived in a...n enclosed trailer. The vehicle was just as presented in the video. It was perfect! I used an out-of-state lender and from the time I made the offer, got the funding, and had the vehicle shipped, it took about 2 weeks. The title did not arrive with the vehicle, but as soon as the lender???s check cleared, the title was overnighted to me. The vehicle arrived with a one-month Wisconsin paper license, giving me plenty of time to register the vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. Jake Roberts was my salesman, and he was perfect to work with. He was honest and was always available by cell phone and email to answer any questions, even on his day off. The only negative comments I have are 1) they wouldn???t work with the price and 2) Nik Tries wanted my social security number when he had no reason to have it, and he wanted me to show proof of insurance on the vehicle when he had no reason to see that either. I will definitely recommend Lenz and Jake to other purchasers and will consider buying from them in the future. Show more

I have honestly never had a smoother and care free purchasing experience in my life. From first call to vehicle delivery, I felt like a part of their family. Paul and Dave wanted nothing more than to get me into my dream truck. I drove over from the Detroit area to trade in my car and take the 20...11 Ram home. Since the bad weather parted, I was able to arrive a day sooner. Paul worked with me during my commute to make sure that all of the information was ready. I showed up a day earlier than I was supposed to and they had all of the dotted lines in front of me and ready to sign. In fact, they made the transaction so simple that it felt like I was in and out for an oil change. The vehicle was read for a test drive upon arrival. Paul took my Impala for a spin while I drove the Ram. Less than 30 minutes later, I was in my Ram headed back to the hotel. In all sincerity, Paul....Dave, thank you again for all of your business!!!!!!! I will be buying any and all of my future vehicles from Lenz Truck Center. All of my friends that are in the market for a new vehicle get an immediate reference to the Lenz team! Jake Show more
