This has been our 2nd purchase of a Lenz truck, 1st truck was in Fond du Lac, WI and our 2nd truck in Minocqua, WI and our salesperson was Charlotte. She was excellent to work with and she pulled the truck off the lot for 3 days so we could come up on a Saturday to see it. Charlotte had most of th...e paperwork filled out in case we were to purchase, found us the best interest rate and answered any question that we had, only took about 1.5 hours and we were on the road. Charlotte gave us a call to verify if we were still coming and we were only about 40 minutes away which I thought was "cool". Charlotte very down to earth, personable, knows their trucks and would recommend her to anyone. Show more

I really appreciated the no hassle approach here at Lenz Trucks. Ken showed me the Bronco, gave me the keys and off I went for a test drive. With the assistance with Zach, Sam and Pattie I was able to seal the deal with ease. The Receptionist were also very help full and informative (on personalized... license plates as well). I called them on a Friday about seeing a truck on Saturday, driving from Indianapolis. They had the truck set up for me and financing squared away. Test drove truck which they had heated up and ready for me. Clean, thorough, no issues. I was surprised with how quick it was to go through paperwork an...d get back on the road. Zach and Steve were helpful all the way through the process. They even fixed an issue with my wife's jeep for free when we got there. 10/10 recommend these guys. Show more

Found the truck online and requested information via the website. Brian contacted me and gave me all the info I could ask for. Few days later we agreed to a trade value pending inspection and price for the truck I wanted. Did 4+ hr drive to the dealership and after the inspection on my trade checked... out I was on my way home in my new truck. Having most everything set up prior to arrival made this fast and easy. We came across the rare Inferno Orange Tundra online. We contacted Lenz who said it was sold. The next day Sarah contacted us to say it was still available. Being 8 hours away and not putting anything down they could have sold it to someone more local. But they gladly held it. My wife and I dr...ove into the night to get there early in the morning. We inspected every aspect of the truck looking for any possible issues or flaws. Not a thing! The detail job made the car appear to be NEW even though it was eight years old. A quick test drive and we went to the finance office. Though our credit is decent we were able to get a decent rate. The total purchase time was just over 1.5 hours. Sarah recommended a GREAT local bar with award winning burgers for lunch. We ate and headed back home. Our trip took us over 1000 miles and encompassing Lake Michigan. I would CERTAINLY recommend Lenz Truck for your next vehicle. Show more
