Nice place.Great trucks! There financing was great and they got me a way better percentage rate than my credit union offered me! Awesome aftermarket vehicle warranty! Only complaint was there service department didn’t properly tighten down 2 bolts on the junction box between the battery and the al...ternator which caused the battery not to charge & left my stranded on the roadside. I drove 4 hours to purchase my Bronco from Lenz.I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointment came: (1) I brought concerns to the dealer after my test drive letting them know a low windshield ...washer fluid light had come on, and that my coolant level was well below the minimum (2) chip in windshield that was not previously disclosed Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done about the windshield because it had already been repaired once… and they said they “filled” the fluids. To be fair, we did negotiate money off for the windshield. I now, no longer trust anything they say. Within minutes of signing my paperwork and leaving the dealership, the low fluid light came back on. I was already started on my way home and honestly didn’t want to deal with the xx again. When I got home, I ended up filling the windshield washer fluid with an entire gallon, and had to top off the coolant. I now have an appt at a local Ford dealer to look at the continued leak in my windshield washer system. Additionally, I noticed the tires were way over-inflated on the passenger side. These are small things, yes; however it makes me wonder what other simple corners were cut just to make a deal. Do yourself a favor - take that inspection list and go over each and every item that you can before you make your purchase. Also - major kudos to Mike B (I was not his client) who took the time to tell me all about the Ford Pass, connecting my car to all of the technology, and spoke to me for quite some time about my new Bronco and genuinely seemed excited about my purchase. He spoke to me with respect and honor, and didn’t try to speak down to me or over me. I have to wonder how different my purchasing experience would be had I worked with him. Show more

Recently bought a used Dodge Ram from Lenz.After driving the vehicle for a few days I noticed a couple of problems with it. Contacted Lenz and they had me come in to look at the truck. I spoke with general manager and service manager. Both were friendly and pleasant. They had to order a part so they... gave me a loaner for the night. Truck was fixed the next day at no charge. Overall a good experience with Lenz and I would buy from them again. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I feel the issues with my truck should have been caught before they sold it to me. Nevertheless they rectified the issues at no charge and I am happy with purchase. Show more

First time we used you.We found a specific truck we were looking for. The price was good. There were 3 software recalls on the truck. I thought they should have been dealt with by Lenz. The under belly corrosion was not done timely. Cost of non quality hits all companies.

I had a good overall experience with my truck purchase.Jacob and the service department were friendly and addressed most of my concerns about the truck before picking it up. The only issue to report is that during my initial test drive I noted some warping in the brakes, the service manager said it ...was likely due to “lot rot” and would wear off after some driving. The issue has persisted after a couple months of driving the truck. I have reached out to Jacob via email a couple times to see if Lenz would be willing to turn the rotors or address the issue for me in any way, but I have not heard back from Jacob. Show more
