I had been casually looking for a specific vehicle (2011 f-150 Limited w/6.2L) when I reached out to Lenz online about a vehicle. My inquiry was promptly returned by Richard Reed at Lenz. The process began and acknowledging my credit may be an issue, Richard was attentive and realistic regarding my ...request. Not only did Lenz have a 2011 Limited as I wanted, they had two. No sooner had I signed a buyer agreement n one F-150, then another became available. I drove from Houston, TX with my trade (2009 F-150 FX4) and my deal was done within an hour and I was on my way. Yes, I drove from Houston to Fond du Lac, WI. Reasons: had the vehicle I wanted at $4,000 less than I could buy locally, got me financed with major lender when local dealers could not. Truly a painless experience that cost one weekend of my time. True value in my mind. Show more

From searching on the internet to the day we came in to look everything was smooth. The process could not have been better.
