Lena Truck Center is not like the other car dealers I have had contacted. Traditional car dealerships seem to push you in one direction or the other, I suppose depending on what their stock or incentives are. Now granted I found a couple trucks online that I was interested in before I contacted them..., I could tell from the initial contact that it would be a different experience. My salesman, Marty, was a true professional in answering my questions and being knowledgable about the inventory. He was not pushy, and was patient of my obvious questions about the trucks. He struck me as an honest, no BS type of personality. He and Sam, the finance manager, did everything they could to get me in truck I wanted. I enjoyed my experience with Marty, Sam, and Lenz Truck Center and would recommend them to everyone I know. Show more

If your in the market for a new or used truck make them your first and last stop. The selection is second to none. If you can't find it at Lenz you simply won't find one period. Just an all around pleasant experience and no nonsense type of attitude. Give them a visit and you'll be glad you did.

Mike Buhler is a true professional without the high pressure sales tactics that most sales people try to do. We could tell that Mike was a seasoned sales person and dealt with us in a most friendly manner. He was very straight forward and he knew his product. My wife and I have had some bad experien...ces with some local sales people from other dealerships in Fond du Lac and Mike was a breath of fresh air. When we walked into your dealership, we knew exactly what we wanted and what was available on your lot. Your website is an excellent site and answered many of our questions prior to visiting your dealership. Mike was quick to answer additional questions and made some excellent suggestions on what he could do for us, since we wanted heated seats in one particular vehicle along with a soft tonneau cover, mud flaps, etc. The additional items were presented to us at very reasonable prices without adding any additional pressure on us. If you are looking for a new or used truck, I highly recommend dealing with Lenz Auto in particular dealing with Mike. I traded in my Tundra for some more horsepower picking up a Ram 3500. I was a bit nervous as they made me an offer over the phone and from past experience at other dealerships, once you arrive they try and find a scratch here or there and offer you less money. However this was not the case after my ...14 hour drive north up to the dealership. Everything was as they said including the truck I purchased from them. It was in great shape inside and out. I did drive the truck around the block before taking delivery which was great however a little bit into my 14 hour drive back to South Carolina I did notice the alignment is slightly off and will have to have it taken care of back home. Probably my fault for not taking a longer test drive prior to delivery. However overall I would certainly buy from these guys again without a worry. Zach was great and the finance department hooked me up with an awesome rate and again made it super easy. I think I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes which was awesome. I would recommend Lenz Truck Center to anyone looking for a gently used truck in new condition. Thank you for a beautiful truck!! Show more
