We traded our 04 dodge in for a 2014 dodge. No problems, very helpful sales dept. we had a 5th wheel hitch put on the new truck and the service dept was very good as well. Also Thanks so much to the guys who showed us how to use all the fun technology that comes with the truck. So knowledgeable and... patient. We left feeling pretty confident we had learned a lot, and if we needed any more help,we could call. Show more

Very pleasant experience. Lenz took in two of my vehicles on trade, even though neither was in perfect condition, and in return sold me a truck that WAS in perfect condition. The whole experience with this dealership AND the salesperson was top-notch and professional. 8hr drive from downriver Michig...an was well worth it! Show more

I shopped a wide range of websites before purchasing my 2012 Ford F150 at Lenz. Their website is well organized and the well lit photos helped in determining if they had the right vehicle for me. Throughout the sales process Zach Vander Grinten was quick to respond to calls and emails and had everyt...hing set up and waiting for me when I made the 100 mile drive to Fon Du Lac. I called and let them know what car I wanted. I also let them know that I didn't want to be there for a long time so I gave them all the info they needed. When I got there the vehicle was inside and ready to test drive. I was in and out in 1 hour with my new vehicle!

We called Paul Parent about a vehicle we saw on-line. He had the vehicle ready for our viewing when we arrived. The service department did a nice job in prepping the truck. We were in & out of Lenz Truck Center in no time with our purchased completed. Paul & the rest of the staff were very profe...ssional and courteous. It was well worth the 2-hour trip! Show more

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler. It was nicely detailed, very clean and was everything I was looking for. Marty was friendly and making a deal was easy and fair. I will check with them again when ready for another auto purchase. I traveled 134 miles ( found the Wrangler on AutoTrader.com ) to this Dea...lership and it was well worth the trip! By far the best experience I have had in online shopping in my time. I used to work in the auto sales business and it was a pleasure to work with these folks. We were in and out in under 45 minutes and our vehicle was immaculate. I would surely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

This is the first time I have been to this dealership. I originally was working with Steve over the internet, but he was unable to be there when it was convenient for me to come and look at the truck, so he referred me to Richard without hesitation. It was great to see a dealership work together to ...accommodate the customer instead of worry about who gets the sale. They had a fantastic price on the ESV I bought and gave me a fair market price on my trade-in and made the entire process very easy to deal with. Not a big fan of haggling for fair prices on the new vehicle and the trade-in and Richard made the process very easy, and explained their position and market value very clearly. Will bookmark their page to keep them in mind next time we purchase a new truck. Show more
