The truck I purchased was as well equipped and reasonablemileage for a two year old vehicle. It was clean and up to date on maintenance. Lenz inventory allowed for me to find the right truck for my needs. The nav system still contained data from the previous owner which I had to select, and I was s...urprised to find the owners manual missing. Mr Patterson said he would get an owners manual for me but I have not received it or had any subsequent correspondence. The truck was priced well as i compared comparable trucks and prices. The buying experience was pleasant, Bill trusted me to checkout the truck to my satisfaction and I enjoyed meeting and conversation. Show more

My new purchase was fast and easy what more can you want.The only problem I had, I was told my truck was ready and when I arrived It wasn't I had to wait another few hours.

I found the vehicle I wanted at Lenz Truck, and they hadit at a good price. I obtained my own financing with my bank as they could not beat the rate I could get with my bank. I was disappointed that I was not given copies of all the paperwork that I had signed on the day I bought & paid for the vehi...cle. I had to reach out to Tyler to get copies of the paperwork emailed to me two days later after I realized that I had left the dealership without any copies of the paperwork I had signed. I was also disappointed in the fact that when I asked if the posted sale price was the best price they could do with the sale, Tyler said 'let's see what the numbers show' but he never checked if he could lower the price nor did he say he could not offer it at any lower price. He only subtracted my down payment and then gave financing options based on that price. I feel he should have been upfront right away if he could not offer any price lower than the posted price. I still bought the vehicle but prefer to work with a salesperson that is upfront about if they can offer a lower price or not. If they cannot, that is fine but be up front about it, don't say 'let's see...........'. Show more

Brian was very good to work with.He certainly wants to make a sale and that's expected, but he is easy to contact with questions and was happy to accommodate our schedules to work out a deal on our truck purchase.

The entire process of purchasing a vehicle from LenzTruck to having it delivered out of state was seamless. Thanks Zach and Alex! I know exactly where to go when it's time to buy my husband a truck (in the near future).

Big inventory and variety of vehicles!You get there to test and drive the vehicle, they just give you the key and let you take a decision with out pressure at all,, once you take a decision, the purchase process is super fast,, they have everything ready for you to sign!!

At first, I was meant by young salesperson.Have to make an offer and having that rejected…. I left. I received a call short time later accepting the offer and the deal was made so far my 2022 GMC 2500 Denali is awesome.
