I had done all of my research and shopping on the internet before arriving at the dealer, so I knew the exact car I was interested in. I test drove the car, and decided I wanted to buy it. I was prepared with preapproval for financing from my bank, and the salesman said it was a lender they worked w...ith regularly. I didn’t try to negotiate on the sticker price. The point I’m making here is that the salesman really didn’t have to do much of anything, but he asked several times that I submit a review, so here it is. The value they gave me on my trade was about 14% lower than I was hoping to get, and 5-10% lower than what I would have considered a fair value. I don’t have the patience to haggle, and I came from an hour away so I wasn’t going to waste my time arguing over the trade value. When the salesman originally prepared the paperwork, the numbers for what I needed to put down to make the monthly payment I wanted didn’t seem to align with what I had calculated myself. I asked him what he was using as a sticker price, and it was $1200 higher than what was advertised on their website. This was corrected promptly; probably just an honest mistake, but pay attention. They had me in and out in a couple of hours, and the service was acceptable; so 4/5 stars I guess. Show more

Driving on Interstate 41, our truck powered down. Bought truck from Lenz in Fond du Lac. Called Lenz & explained our situation. They told us what to do and we drove to Lenz Truck. Brian was our guy. Polite, calm and helpful. We are 2 seniors and a dog. They are pet friendly, offered us coffee & ...chairs and had us back on the road. Thank you Lenz, Brian and staff. Show more

Just bought a 2017 F150 Platinum from Brandon. Gave me a great price for my trade in, much better than Holiday Auto offered. Whole process was quick and easy, and when the tonneau cover that came with the truck was not functioning they let me pick the one I really wanted and they had it in and ins...talled the next day when I picked it up. Great inventory, willing to work with you as a customer and no pressure from the sales side as well. I would buy from Brandon again. This is the third truck we???ve purchased from Lenz. Show more

Being 10 hours away in Kansas i was a little hesitate about buying a truck in Wisconsin sight unseen, Marty Krepsky was a great guy to work with, he gave me his cell number right away, we worked out the details very quickly, easily, he took all kinds of extra pictures of the underneath side or the t...ruck, salt up there you know, truck was fully serviced, new tires also, and the transaction went very smooth. They arranged shipping, very reasonable on the rate and shipped it down in a good time frame. Truck arrived and was as described, there was a minor interior part missing, Mark Schaefer in parts was on it right away, actually took a piece off of another truck on the lot and shipped it to me to get it fixed up, thats service.
