My sales guy was not attentive.He was always hurrying off or answering his phone. I drove 5 hours and he never showed me anything about the Bronco I purchased. The trade-in didn’t go exactly as planned either. Not sure that was his fault. I was so uncomfortable near him.

Got my car in quickly for a multi-day repair and gave mea loaner until it was done. Was upfront with the estimate and very close to it for final price.

Lenz was amazing to work with.Then we started working with Jim in the Parts Department for add on accessories, I didn’t think it could get any better but it did!!! Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle through the Lenz team.

Brian Lenz did an amazing job finding a low mileage 2024 Lexus 500h hybrid in like new condition. This particular Lexus hybrid model is very scarce due to minimal availability in the U.S. He located this car in Atlanta, Georgia, and arranged prompt delivery to his facility in Minocqua, Wisconsin. B...rian has been consistently straight forward, courteous, reliable and a real pleasure to work with! We have used his excellent service department for all of our auto repairs and maintenances. They were very patient with me as I had insurance claimissues. We kept in contact daily which was nice to know that they were willing to work with me as I was not from the area.
