Welcome to the Service Center at Lenz Truck. We are dedicated to making sure each vehicle offered for sale here at Lenz is the best it can be and ready for it's new owners. We have a well qualified staff of professional technicians with many years of experience in our field. We are also here for service after you have purchased a vehicle from Lenz. Keep us in mind to keep your vehicle in top shape, or to add accessories/modifcations. We install lifts, super chips, exhaust systems, aftermarket rims/tires, gooseneck hitches, and just about any other accessory!

A word about our Service Department:

*  All vehicles get inspected and road tested by one of our technicians.
*  Our service manager (Dan Bergin - dan@lenzauto.com) then decides what the vehicle needs. 
*We then perform the necessary repairs/maintenance.  We spend an average of $675 per vehicle to get it ready for the next owner. 
*If the vehicle has too many problems or shows signs that it will be a problem vehicle, we dispose of it immediately at a local auction. 

We are a successful business and don't have to "cut corners" in order to pay the bills.   However, please understand we are not in the vehicle restoration business.  We don't replace every little part on a truck that is not brand new.  Our service technicians who inspect these trucks have been working here for several years and they take pride in the vehicles we offer for sale.  If the brakes are in good shape they tell me.  If they are below recommendations, we replace them.  If they tell me the truck needs ball joints, we replace them, if the air conditioning doesn't work, we fix it, etc.......  If it an item works well and doesn't need to be replaced/repaired we leave it alone.  I don't llike any surprises, and I know you don't either, which is why we are very thorough in they way we run our service department.  These are all used vehicles and something will eventually break down on it.  We don't have a crystal ball that tells us when that will happen......I wish we did! 

You are welcome to have a mobile service come to our lot to perform an additional inspection, or you can take the vehicle to your own mechanic if you feel more comfortable.  Lenz Truck will not be responsible for any repairs once the vehicle has been delivered.  If you are not satisfied with the vehicle upon delivery, then you will not be expected to complete the transaction.  After 24 years in business with my last name on the sign, I can assure you we want to deliver a quality product.  We do offer extended warranties that you can purchase for protection against unwanted breakdowns for years to come.  Thanks again for considering Lenz Truck for your next vehicle purchase.
